Housing and Hospitality

Event hospitality is organized by Ákos Tegez, who you can reach out to by e-mail.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a sports hall for mass accommodation or offer free camping options. However, we have arranged a very affordable and well-equipped hostel for your stay. Due to the limited availability, we encourage you to secure your spot as soon as possible.

The Hostel

The place we have secured is a student hostel during semesters. Here are its details:

• Cost: 11€ 5.50€ per night per person
• Rooms: Two beds, shared bathroom and kitchen
• Address: 1037 Budapest, Kunigunda útja 25.

As you can see, we’ve managed to reduce the price to its half. Everyone who has already paid the original price will be refunded half of the amount on the spot.

The majority of our event venues are conveniently located in the same district as your hostel, typically within a short, 5 to 10-minute bicycle ride.

Accommodation Details

There’s no need for you to bring tents, sleeping bags or camping gear, the hostel provides all the necessary sleeping essentials (including a cozy sheet, blanket, and pillow) to ensure your sweet dreams.

Please remember to bring your own soap, shower supplies and towel for a refreshing shower experience. We wouldn’t want you to ride all the way here and end up smelling like a racer in the Tour de France!

Please be aware that smoking is not permitted in the rooms. The hostel features a spacious enclosed garden where you can indulge in a smoke break. This garden also serves as a secure spot for you to lock your bikes.

For your peace of mind, we have hired a security guard to watch over your bikes between midnight and 8am.

Booking Process

To proceed with the booking, please contact us and provide the following information:

• Arrival and departure dates
• Number of people you wish to book for
• Full names of the participants
• Bank details if the payment will come from the account of someone not included in the list of guests

You’ll be making a late registration, so we’ll ask you to pay in cash on the spot.

We would like to note that we have booked a total of 100 spots for the event, but so far only a few participants have made their payments. As a result, we can only guarantee spots for those who have already paid. If a significant number of participants make their payments soon, we will be able to book additional spots to accommodate last-minute requests. However, if the majority of participants delay their payments, we may not be able to provide sleeping spots for those who decide to book closer to the event.
